On a business level, i understand the idea of creating aesthetically pleasing and easily navigable wikis, crms, etc., but do you use notion solely because of its overall good aesthetics Why not hubspot for crm or trello for task management Also, i find that collaboration in notion is quite lacking compared to google docs
So why are you actually using it? I really like notion and it is probably one of the best note taking/ life management app i have ever used But there is a problem, the desktop version (on macos) is poorly built The app is laggy and choppy, which not super annoying, but still is still noticeable, and for an app like notion, that is totally unacceptable
So i found i way to fix is, which is to use the web version of it and use.

The way to get the cursor to reappear over the text would be to not move the mouse for a few seconds If i were to move my cursor again over the text, the cursor would disappear again Does anyone else face the same issue How do i get my cursor to not disappear when hovering over text.

One solve i found, get a google account and embed a jam board document into notion It gives you a relatively tidy square in your notion with a preview of anything written / drawn on it Pressing on it will take you externally to google jamboard to edit Here is a list of the alternatives to notion i've found
I will add any suggestions in the comments. I zoomed in on notion's windows version with ctrl + + shortkey, but i can't reverse this back to normal.does anyone know how to fix this?
